Sealed Pouch: It can be stored at room temperature for 12 months.

Once opened, the curry paste is to be used within 7 hours from opening the pouch. Else, it shall be stored in refrigerator and re-used within next 7 days.

  • Food Retort Technology - killing of food spoiling bacteria in air tight pouch at 122 degrees.
  • No Bacteria - No Food Spoilage until the food pouch is opened.
  • Once opened, it will be exposed to bacteria (like home food), it will spoil in 8 hours (like home food)

How should the products be stored ?

  • The air tight pouch shall be stored in shelves at room temperature (just like other groceries)
  • No refrigeration needed for sealed pouch

If I want only 50% of the masala paste, how should I store the opened pouch ?

  • Once the pouch is opened, if you want to reuse the contents, you shall refrigerate and reuse until 7 days from opening the pouch
